Binance is looking for a Regional Growth Manager who will play a key part in tackling some of the most challenging problems and exciting opportunities that inspire growth for Binance, our products and the Cryptocurrency industry.

This role will work remotely as part of a distributed team across multiple countries, partnering cross functionally with Products, Marketing, and Country teams. It requires working both highly autonomously and collaboratively, as well being comfortable in a fast growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage end-to-end marketing strategies with the objective of user growth
• Map out user journey and increase user funnel conversion through surfacing product ask, user education, operation campaigns
• Unlock new user growth through product offerings design, content marketing, social media campaigns and affiliates collaboration. Manage cross-functionally for execution
• Provide market and competitive intelligence;, monitor KPI and trends in communities to inform overall marketing and product strategy
• Build and operationalize framework and processes for fast and effective experiments, actively communicating and scaling learnings across the organization
• Support hiring and coaching local Country Marketing and Ops members

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in Growth, Marketing or Operations roles, preferably at top B2C startups, with a strong understanding of user growth strategies and tactic, segmentation, top of funnel growth and funnel optimization
• Solid analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Track record of solving complex problems, designing experiments and building scalable processes
• Able to work independently but collaboratively across functions; comfortable with a high growth and entrepreneurial environment
• Strong understanding of the crypto/blockchain space is a plus
