Binance Custody is looking for an experienced Risk Operations Manager to identify, manage and minimize the risk associated with a company's operations. As an operational risk manager, your responsibilities involve assessing business operations, identifying issues, reporting your findings, providing recommendations, working with various stakeholders on system enhancements or SOPs to eliminate or minimize the risks. You are expected to coordinate people and resources across various functions to manage operational risks on a day to day basis and will be responsible for all implementations pertaining to operational risk enhancements, controls and mitigation. You will also be responsible for liaising with insurance providers, and making sure that we adhere to Risk Management Protocols as agreed with the providers.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the business’s overall risk management and will be the key Subject Matter Expert (SME) for any matters related to risk operations.
• Lead and project manage to ensure project delivery of risk-related initiatives.
• Perform operational risk identification and assessment.
• Develop policies and standards to eliminate or minimize risks operational risks.
• Implement a strategic plan to prevent, eliminate and mitigate operational risks.
• Maintain documentation/SOPs for risk management and risk policies and procedures.
• Constantly propose solutions to continuously improve processes and procedures.
• Identify key metrics for risk monitoring and conduct regular reporting with management.
• Take part and lead discussions in Binance’s global risk management working group.
• Support any other risk-related projects based on business needs.

Job Requirement:

• 6+ years experience in a similar role.
• 3+ years experience in risk projects management.
• People management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience in cryptography is a plus.
• Must be skilled in risk project planning and scheduling.
• Fast learner with positive attitude and a team player.
