We are looking to expand our development team with talented, experience Back- end developers to build, improve and maintain a multitude of applications for the Binance ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services that supports our data analytics products
• Articulate a long term vision for maintaining and scaling our backend systems
• Work with data/backend/frontend engineers, Data Analysts, QA, product managers and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter
• Translate business requirements and use cases into functional applications
• Design, build, document and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Typescript and Python code
• Review, test, and verify code for adherence to quality and security standards
• Ensure, the best possible performance, quality, and reliability of the applications Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with full lifecycle of project development
• Strong skills in Node, ideally Typescript
• Strong skills in SQL and popular RDBMS
• Extensive experience in software design, architecture, development integration
• Solid knowledge of API design and development
• Experience working with React-based UIs

Desirables:

• Bias to action, experience with sound prototyping and fast iterations
• Experience with Big data systems (column-oriented storage, database performance, large transfer challenges, data sensitivity at rest/in motion, ...) and collaborating with data engineers
• Experience in high velocity development environments and CICD approaches
• Skilled in Python and related backend stacks (Celery, jupyter notebooks, automations, chat bots)
• Crypto industry acumen
