We are looking for an Financial Due Diligence and Valuation expert to join us and support our M&A activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and tax due diligence for in-house M&A transactions
• Analyze the target’s business drivers, quality of earnings, quality of assets and key deal issues to identify possible deal breakers and potential opportunities
• Prepare financial modelling (DCF), Comparables for valuation of target’s business
• Collaborate with in-house M&A, tech, clearing, finance team and other external advisors in financial, tax, legal, management consulting fields
• Support in drafting and review IC memo and transaction documents
• Support in develop synergies analysis and integration plan
• Proactively take initiative to streamline internal processes

Requirement

• University graduates with a minimum of 8 years of professional due diligence experience in Big 4 or other advisory firms, with financial institutions (e.g. Crypto exchange, bank, broker & etc.) due diligence experience is preferable
• Strong analytical, presentation, project management and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment across multiple projects
• Self-motivated, well-organised with a positive attitude towards challenges
• Outstanding business sense and commercially aware
• Valuation background is preferable
