Responsibilities

• Grow users through user segmentation, product cross-sell, and product offerings integration
• Unlock new user growth through product offerings design, content marketing, social media campaigns and affiliates/KOL collaboration
• Drive User Acquisition, Improve User Engagement and Increase User Retention
• Establish and maintain relationships with partners while negotiating/ executing partnership deals
• Provide market and competitive intelligence for the industry, monitor KPI and trends in communities to inform overall marketing and product strategy
• Plan, Coordinate and Project manage 360 integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive user growth, engagement and retention
• Unlock new user growth through product offerings design, content marketing, social media campaigns and affiliates collaboration
• Assist the Marketing Manager in PR/Marketing and Creative Agency Management and Execution
• Copywriting experience for internal/external communications
• Analyse efficiency and effectiveness of our channels, including but not limited to social media, search engine, email campaigns, affiliate partners

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of PR/Professional/Relevant Marketing experience.
• PR Agency Experience would be a bonus
• Understanding & high interest in the Crypto industry is a must
• Background in financial and or cryptocurrency sectors a plus
• Experience in web analytic tools and digital advertising is desired.
• Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
• Familiar and proven success with execution of marketing campaigns on Social and Digital Channels eg. Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, Discord, TikTok, etc
• Experience working with external partners, notably in the financial, business or cryptocurrency sector
• Superior creative and communications skills; well versed in both English (Primary) and Chinese Language.
• Excellent English Creative Copywriting Skillset and Experience required for internal/external communications to press/media/community users.
• Strong written communication capacity and interpersonal skills: be able to build and manage strong relationships with their team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners. Inspirational to your team and partners
