Responsibilities：
- Development and implementation of crypto-related products, including but not limited to crypto exchange, fiat gateway, futures, margin, lending, etc
- Underlying infrastructure /architecture upgrade
- Performance tuning, online incidents troubleshooting and system refactoring
- Mentor and guide junior engineers’ daily work
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science engineering or equivalent industry experience
- At least 5-7 years of experience in developing large scale applications using Java
- Proficient in Java and familiar with spring framework (Spingboot and Spring cloud)
- Proficient in Mysql and familiar with at least one NoSQL database
- Proficient in distributed system design and familiar with at least one messaging middleware and the underlying design principles
- Good cross-team communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in spring cloud and microservices design
- Working experience in the backend system of large internet companies
- Performance tuning experience on JVM, SQL, and RPC
- Global team management experience
- Financial products related experiences like lending, margin, and futures
- Financial risk control related experience
