Binance is looking for a Paid Social Marketing Manager to drive user growth by planning, executing, and optimizing paid social marketing campaigns. With over 90 million users worldwide, we are looking to expand our reach even further. This role requires working both highly autonomously and as part of the global distributed marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage digital marketing campaigns across a wide range of digital platforms including Facebook, TikTok, SnapChat, Reddit, LinkedIn and various other social platforms
• Monitor and report on performance using analytics tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Appannie, and Similarweb
• Help manage data integrations between ad platforms, analytics platforms, and our internal data warehouse
• Develop and implement a robust paid media experimentation approach across creatives, audiences, optimization strategies, channels, and geographies to maximize ROASMeet ambitious growth KPIs

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of relevant paid social marketing experience, preferably directly managing digital marketing campaigns for a fintech or mobile app company
• Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done
• Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space
• Deep understanding of marketing optimization and analytics
• Functional working knowledge of SQL and statistics / significance testing
• University degree relating to Business, Marketing, Statistics, or Economics is a plus
• Must be a fluent English speaker
• Must be located between UTC+0 through UTC-9 time zones
