We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to handle 360 degrees recruitment supporting our Design and Product function for positions such as Product Management and Product leads, Product Designers (UI/UX), UX Research, UX Content Strategy.

This would hiring across a number of regions for Products that face a global audience.

This is role has huge impact as part of the biggest player in the industry, with the chance to contribute to Binance's growth into a 10,000+ global organisation.

We are expanding rapidly, we do not limit ourselves to the regions we are based in an hiring talent from abroad often.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, identifies and hires the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline and advising and building a close relationship with your business partners.

Please note location for this role is flexible, and others outside of the specified location can also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with hiring managers in Product to understand their needs and develop strategies together
• Creating new recruiting strategies and improving talent acquisition branding
• Creatively sourcing new talent through online resources
• Creating attractive job materials and posting on various channels
• Screening of new candidate resumes and conducting interviews
• Coordinating interviews for other members
• Building a strong network and attending/organising events and hiring seminars

Requirements

• 3+ years Experience in recruiting - agency and/or in-house
• Experience with Product or UI/UX Design hiring is a must
• Fluent English communication ability
• A keen ability to recognise top talent from interviews and resumes
• Effective stakeholder management, relationship building and consulting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and logical mindset and communication style
• Strong problem-solving ability and an open-mind to challenge
