We are looking for people who

• Lead the long-term vision and strategy of our Risk platform, focusing on enabling and maintaining the Step Up risk control platform, driving impact, and balancing technical considerations.
• Drive best in risk control strategy to cater to multiple scenarios including registration, login, payment, etc.
• Build detection signal stack that leverages suite of data sources including core identity data, derived data & linkages and third party data to increase our ability to proactively detect vectors and providing options for customers to complete their actions seamlessly and successfully.
• Communicate roadmaps, priorities, and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to executive levels.
• Take a data-centric approach to prioritising and measuring new features.

The Role

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Payment Service (familiar with UX is a plus).
• An academic background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
• Enjoys working on deeply technical products, closely collaborating with a passionate engineering / strategy teams.
• Past experience delivering authentication and verification systems is a plus.
• History of effectively working with multiple teams to build new capability and implement projects.
• Confident in decision-making, providing concise, clear, direct communication.
• Excellent written and communication skills especially to senior executives.
• Detail oriented with superior organisational skills -- balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests should be second nature to you.
