Responsibilities

• Strategy and Ecosystem Development (40% of time)

• Develop overall ecosystem strategy for post-listing team, linking external projects and landscape with internal Binance’s product and services

• Develop relationships with external partners both within and outside crypto industry, helping drive initiatives to grow our long term business and strategic partnerships

• Refine and enhance initiatives launched with projects listed on Binance

• Run analysis, conduct external research, synthesize findings from internal teams

• Strategy and Initiatives Execution (40% of time)

• Support execution of all types of strategy with external and internal stakeholders

• Own the entire value chain and coordinate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to execute strategy or initiatives

• Negotiate complex commercial agreements

• Troubleshoot and solve ad-hoc issues in a timely manner

• Support other operational activities for post listing team if necessary (e.g. airdrop, mainnet integration, etc)

• Dashboard and Reporting (20% of time)

• Track key metrics and optimize dashboard

• Support regular and ad-hoc OKR/KPI reporting

Requirements

• 5-9 years of proven success, ideally in a similar role with an E-commerce, Fintech or Consulting firm
• Data-focused, analytical and structured. Ability to analyze data and structure insights. You will push the company to be more data-driven in its approach to excellence
• Highly hands-on / Ability to roll up your sleeves
• Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build and manage strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners
• Entrepreneurship mentality. Must be a self-starter and leader who evaluates the risks and rewards of different growth initiatives
• A passion for crypto and digital assets. We are trying to change an entire industry and it will take time. Passion is what gets you excited to come to work every morning
