Responsibilities

• Support sourcing of candidates (utilising Lever, LinkedIn).
• Assist with the coordination of interviews for recruiters.
• Shadow interviews with recruiters, with the end goal of eventually taking on your portfolio of interviews.
• Support data analysis on people matters.
• Work on other adhoc matters as and when required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR or related fields of studies.
• Patient and sensitive with data.
• Good English communication skills in both written and oral.
• Can work at least 4 days a week.
• Team player and quick learner.
