As Binance continues our hyper growth journey, we are looking for high functioning Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our team and enable the scaling of our Talent Acquisition team by developing and implementing efficient and effective processes. You will support our Talent Acquisition Specialists in delivering the best candidate and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a world class recruiting operations team to improve efficiency of the Talent Acquisition function, including but not limited to: interview scheduling, offer management, data capture, etc.
• Planning and scaling recruiting operations
• Responsible for the internal documentation and improvement of workflows and processes
• Advanced use of recruiting and hiring analytics to position the recruiting team to make critical business decisions
• Detect trends and insights and make recommendations to adjust the strategy to optimize the impact of the team
• Recommend digital solutions to support the capacity planning
• Help translate data into a meaningful analysis and make data-driven recommendations, including hiring quality, candidate experience and cost per hire

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years of experience building, managing, and leading recruiting operations
• International experience and experience working across different timezones and geographies
• Strong knowledge and understanding of full 360 recruiting process
• Adaptable, dynamic, and proactive, enjoys working in a fast-paced and performance and delivery focused environment
• Effective communicator
• Project management skills will be beneficial
