The Transfer Pricing Manager will have a crucial role in the organization of Binance, that is actively building a world-class tax team. Reporting directly to the group’s Transfer Pricing Leader, the Transfer Pricing Manager will actively manage tax aspects and initiatives related to transfer pricing in the group worldwide, being a key point of contact both to internal and external stakeholders. This will include support business teams, partner with colleagues from the tax team for broader or local initiatives, provide expert advice in TP matters including developing and maintaining policies, have a key role in maintaining TP-related compliance documentation, liaise with external advisors and support audits and litigation. The ideal candidate will be hands- on, proactive, independent, flexible, and happy in fast-paced environments, and bring a proven record of solid technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with multiple business teams such as operations, finance and legal, and deal directly with inter-company arrangements of the group.
• Support the TP Leader in managing the development of new transfer pricing policies, in a disruptive business that is constantly growing and emerging new technology.
• Support the TP Leader in the management of the transfer price policy of the group, being a point of contact in the organization for TP related discussions. This includes help developing, executing, and maintaining the group’s TP policies, providing support to related audits worldwide and manage the proactive gathering of key data documentation.
• Help manage and/or prepare transfer pricing documentation and ensure top-notch related compliance (Masterfile, local files etc).
• Partner with the global and regional tax teams to work on APAs, MAPs, M&A integrations, and other projects.
• Help manage TP engagements with external advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Accounting, Economics or Taxation
• 6-8 years of experience, preferably in a Big 4 and/or in-house practitioner
• Technically strong with proven record of developing, implementing, and maintaining transfer pricing policies.
• Be a fast learner and be highly flexible and adapted to a fast-paced environment
• Be proactive and able to perform well independently in a remote set-up
• Must have a demonstrated hands-on approach and success in working in a team-based
• environment
• Fluent writing and speaking in English
