Responsibilities

• Be in charge of finance products such as trading, borrowing, etc. to implement their business objectives, and fulfill user growth or revenue KPIs
• Analyze and understand market trends, user requirements and competitors thoroughly, hence establish a targeted operational strategy, and proceed it on daily operations efficiently
• Ensure efficient daily operations and controls by working closely with product, technology, customer services, and various other teams across the organization both regionally and globally, ensuring efficient daily operations and controls
• Set up monitoring and controlling data dashboard for finance products, perform data analysis to understand the advantages and disadvantages of business operations, and adjust operational strategies in time based on the analysis result
• Plan and execute operational campaigns or activities to promote users growth
• Generation of product ideas, themes, and solutions for products and customer service teams by quickly understanding the context in ambiguous situations
• Work with key stakeholders to understand the business needs, and create a project management plan that aligns with the team’s strategic objectives, optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Report on project progress, offer viable solutions and opportunities as they arise
• Manage resources to make sure schedule is on track

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above with more than 3 years of related working experience in finance (derivatives/trading/banking) industry especially in middle office or project management/operations role
• The ability to clearly articulate issues and develop approaches for resolution
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills in order to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues
• Familiar with the implementation process and operation specifications of software projectsAbility to multitask and to work under pressure, prioritizing duties according to business needs
• Ability to prepare an attractive campaign document for usersA self-motivated individual who is able to deliver with minimal supervision, whilst also working effectively as part of a team
• Experience working in a fast-changing, unstructured, hands-on, cross-culture work environment with high expectations
