Job Responsibilities:

• User operation: In view of new user growth, active user retention, active, put forward effective promotion plan, form a long-term positive optimization strategy
• Activity operation: Stimulates users through effective activity programs, accomplishing key indicators such as promoting innovation and liveliness
• Product operation: Collect user comments and feedback to related departments to improve user experience
• Finding growth points and problems according from data and adjusting plans

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years experience in user operations or activity operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills, able to complete the business docking with products, technology and other departments
• Clear thinking, meticulous, proactive, patient, strong ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin language (As role requires strong collaboration with mandarin speaking only market)
• Strong data analysis analytical skills
