The Opportunity...

We need a Rockstar Office Manager to lead our Brooklyn Office! We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic professional who loves to wear multiple hats. The Office Manager will handle all day-to-day office logistics and serve as the point person for employees/vendors and local employee engagement events.

How You'll Contribute...

  • Will be the office receptionist to all visitors and vendors
  • Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance repairs, coordinating with janitorial service, shipping packages, ordering supplies and equipment, running errands, and ordering food/snacks
  • Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware, etc.)
  • Maintain the office condition/layout
  • Manage various office projects/duties as assigned
  • Assist with new hire SWAG coordination
  • Work closely with the Culture Team to plan in-house or off-site events such as happy hours, celebrations, volunteer events, and employee appreciation gifting
  • Create and track office/events expense budgets

What We're Looking For...

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 years of experience as an Office Manager
  • Knowledge of general office responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (specifically MS Excel and MS Outlook)
  • Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Office facility organizational skills
