The Opportunity...

We’re looking for a talented Designer passionate about creating compelling ad experiences in a fast turn-around environment. Creatives in this role will be required to find interesting ways to market insurance plans on social media while meeting performance goals for the department. The ideal candidate for this role has agency or client experience that has given them a conversational understanding of media buying strategies and creative reporting.

How You'll Contribute...

• Collaborate with the creative, media buying, and compliance teams to deliver original, strategically sound creative solutions for insurance and client advertising
• Contribute to a culture of learning by collaborating on ideas that exceed business objectives and ROAS goals
• Deliver typography-heavy statics, animation-heavy videos, and new, out-of-the-box advertising ideas that may involve production content
• Stay up to date on current trends and best practices in digital advertising and social media – specifically platform guidelines and quality standards
• Performing edits and taking creative criticism

What We're Looking For...

• Great understanding of design software (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong animation and motion design skills
• Conversational understanding of media buying strategies
• Fast-paced and focused on quick turnarounds with multiple variations
• Interested in managerial growth
• Feels strongly about maintaining an energized team atmosphere
• Collaborative and inspires relationships between different departments
