As Clari’s Manager of Account Based Marketing, you will have the opportunity to be part of the continued process of building out Clari’s ABM strategy and centers of excellence. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing account based marketing strategies and tactics that drive pipeline and revenue in our most strategic accounts. This includes working closely with our global sales team to develop compelling high-touch, high-value programs, building campaign assets, and leading the charge on executing multi-channel ABM campaigns.

To be successful, you must have previous ABM experience, strong project management skills, work with a sense of urgency, be an excellent storyteller and direct-response writer, and have the ability to build trust with our internal experts and partner closely with sales, and write creative copy.

This is a fully remote opportunity but is preferred to be worked from the Pacific or Central time zone.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling and innovative ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) that successfully engage enterprise accounts, moving them effectively through the buyer's journey to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Ensure extreme coordination and alignment with Enterprise Sales teams and SDR outbound prospecting campaigns—conducting research and collaborating on bespoke and highly custom programs from strategy, to writing content, to execution
  • Full planning, management and execution of account-based campaigns, including planning, budget management, communications, coordination, and timelines
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content and Design leads on content strategy, planning and executing high-impact ABM multi-channel programs: emails, webinars, ads, direct mail etc.
  • Work closely with Field Marketing to strategically leverage in-person events to drive pipeline
  • Keep an ear to the ground and network with like-minded individuals — innovation is a must
  • Rigor in measurement and readouts on key account-based metrics, with a process and mindset for data-driven action

Qualifications

  • 3+ marketing experience in B2B marketing
  • 2+ years specifically running account based marketing efforts
  • Ability to quickly establish senior sales level relationships and trust
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to draw the most relevant insights that accurately describe the campaign performance and impact metrics and take action
  • Ability to create, review, and edit content with opinion and superb writing skills
  • Excellent project, analytical and budget management skills
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Folloze preferred)
