Clari’s Engineering team is growing at an incredible pace and we are looking for a motivated and eager Engineering Enablement Program Coordinator to support programs that improve engineering velocity and accelerate productivity. This role is essential to ensure our engineering department runs efficiently.

The Engineering Enablement Program Coordinator will join a small team and have the opportunity to coordinate numerous projects and support the creation of various engineering programs. Focus areas include but aren’t limited to: Onboarding and enablement, content and resource management, hackathons, internal product demos, department newsletters, and Engineering All Hands meetings.

This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Sunnyvale office as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and help build out various aspects of an Engineering Onboarding and Enablement program
• Manage and maintain Engineering’s resource and knowledge management systems
• Coordinate engineering’s request-based enablement programs (Lunch & Learns and training and enablement sessions)
• Support the implementation of a Learning Management System
• Coordinate and help scale Clari’s Hackathon
• Project manage recurring internal company-wide Product Demos
• Support various engineering-wide meetings including: All Hands Meetings, Quarterly Planning Sessions, Social Activities, Department Kickoffs, etc.)
• Produce and manage an internal engineering newsletter
• Provide general operational support to the engineering department and continuously iterate on department processes

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of project or event management experience and demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects with cross functional teams
• Experience working with Engineering or technical teams
• Experience managing and organizing department’s resources
• Meticulous organization skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• L&D or enablement experience is a plus
• Adaptable and willing to step in wherever help is needed with a motivated and positive attitude
