As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will help design and execute effective and impactful marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and pipelines for the EMEA region. These campaigns will range from large demand generation campaigns to smaller, more targeted account-based ones, across multiple different channels.

This role will work and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders within Clari’s growth marketing, revenue, and operations teams, working with specialists and SMEs based in North America, as well as in the EMEA region.

This is an opportunity to own EMEA marketing initiatives from design through to execution and is a great fit for someone looking to further their experience across the full growth marketing mix. This is a work from home opportunity based in the UK. Candidates must be both based in the UK and have British citizenship or appropriate British work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated, multichannel campaigns that will drive demand for the EMEA region based on the overall strategy from the EMEA Growth Marketing Director.
  • Use your extensive knowledge of account-based marketing approaches to implement effective account-based activations to generate demand within target accounts and accelerate existing opportunities
  • Work with cross-functional specialists to generate pipeline (both net-new and customer expansion/cross-sell) through digital channels including email, nurture, webinars, paid search, display advertising and paid social
  • Plan and run regional face to face and digital events
  • Optimize the performance of all marketing efforts to improve ROI of lead flow
  • Have or quickly develop a deep understanding of our customers and use those insights for localized content creation, campaigns, and messaging
  • Execute data-driven experiments and leverage new marketing channels (agile marketing approach) to drive growth strategy
  • Own the region-specific pipeline performance and report back on campaign and channel results - using these results to forecast where optimizations are needed
  • Assist in the development of presentations and executive-friendly reports
  • Coordinate and collaborate extensively with various stakeholders throughout the campaign process
  • Build a relationship of trust and accountability with the Revenue Development team to ensure that lead handoff is seamless, leads are being appropriately followed up in a timely manner, and leads are delivering value to the sales organization

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital and growth marketing within the EMEA market
  • Account Based Management (ABM) experience is crucial
  • Proficient user of Marketo and Salesforce
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail, superb project management skills, and ability to multitask
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • An opportunity identifier and problem solver
  • Highly collaborative and work to eliminate silos
