About the Role

Clyde is a senior account executive (AE) at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup which sells accounting software to small businesses. He’s been using our product to assist him during the calls & to be on top of all the accounts he is managing. He loves that he can directly share the call with different teams such as customer success, product, marketing etc & the voice of the customer is not lost during this. With all the great performance, Clyde was promoted to sales manager as the sales team tripled in size.

Right now with the new role, Clyde has a different set of challenges to solve. He needs to ramp up hiring & onboarding new AE’s while making sure the targets are met. He also needs to make sure all the deals from his team are healthy while coaching every individual in his team to perform better. He wants to ensure better & more efficient sales processes are followed in his team but is not sure how to do that.

As a designer, you will be helping sales reps & managers like Clyde become more efficient sales teams across North America, APAC, EU, and beyond.
