As a Professional Services Solutions Architect, you are responsible for
supporting deployments at our largest and most complex customers along with
our core project team. You will use your expertise and experience to provide
best practices to the customer while helping to solve technical requirements.
The ideal candidate is curious, consultative, technical, articulate, and
excited about working in a fast-paced environment. You have a
Salesforce.com architecture background as well as
extensive data integration experience with CRM and other platforms. You deeply
understand how to organize and combine data from different sources to produce
insights and analytics to satisfy business needs. If you are a “people person”

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in
the United States.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand their environment, platforms, and integration tools and their aspiration to optimize revenue operations
- Discuss revenue operations architecture strategy, provide best practices, and guide customers in operationalizing the Clari platform within their company and integrating Clari with other platforms
- Consult customers on how to organize their data for revenue purposes and merge CRM data with non-CRM data
- Translate requirements into use cases and workflows, design and confirm the solution with key decision-makers and executives, and assist the customer in operationalizing and gaining value
- Develop & maintain relationships with key operations and technical customer champions, including VP Sales Operations/Revenue Operations, Business Systems/Applications, VP IT, CIO, as well as other executives and leadership
- Collaborate with customer and company thought leaders on best practices and extended capabilities
- Proactively engage clients to drive product adoption and expansion to other use cases with other platforms
- Ensure the customer will be a positive reference to other customers/prospects
- Build strong cross-functional relationships, working with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering
- Share your product expertise with the Product and Engineering teams to drive product improvements and contribute to the product roadmap
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant SaaS experience including analytics, business intelligence, and data integration capabilities
- Experience in a customer-facing Solutions Architect or Salesforce.com consultant role with a focus on Data Integration, Analytics, and Business Intelligence
- Experience with integration architecture and ETL tools (such as MuleSoft, Alteryx, Informatica, and Fivetran)
- Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools (such as Tableau)
- Experience with data warehouse tools (such as Snowflake)
- Experience with relational databases and schemas
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Business Intelligence, Product Management, and Engineering
- Superior communications skills (presentation, written, and verbal) and demonstrated ability to communicate/present effectively at all levels of the organization including the C-suite
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experience; customer-focused, enthusiastic, positive and service-oriented
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Skilled at problem-solving and decision making with the ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner
