The Professional Services team is responsible for the design and roll-out of successful Clari implementation projects for our global clients.

This position supports the Professional Services operational practices and owns hands-on activities around resource assignments and staffing, revenue forecast, and psa/project compliance of customer engagements. This role will provide opportunities to work with our global Professional Services team as well as with other internal departments including customer success, finance, procurement and revapps/salesforce operations as we continue to scale.

The Professional Services Operations Specialist will work closely with and report directly to our Director of PS Operations.

Responsibilities

• Build performance dashboards and reporting for weekly team monitoring, monthly company all hands meetings and board of directors reporting.
• Support PSA tool processes including setting up user records, monitoring financial impacts and onboarding/offboarding
• Partner with Finance to create monthly metrics pack that encompasses all teams
• Define and develop key analysis and generate insights and recommendations to address operations efficiencies
• Support monitoring of PS project surveys
• Develop tool training for onboarding all new PS roles
• Assist with PS Ops Director with all activities related to resource planning, capacity planning for upcoming projects and PS resource availability, collaborate with Pre-Sales, PS and PS Client Services to anticipate resource needs.
• Monitor employee utilization, workload.
• Perform analytic analysis on operational KPIs to identify and resolve business risks/issues, evaluate performance/results, and evolve business processes

Skills

• University education or equivalent experience
• 3+ years’ experience working with PSA and with Salesforce.com application is a plus.
• Experience with data analysisProven experience in providing services in support of internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Experience in resource and/or sales operations and/or at a growing SaaS company
• Advanced knowledge of Google Office Suite (or equivalent)Self-motivated, capable of working independently without supervision, proficient at solving problems as well as proactively recommending and implementing improvements or solutions.
• Experience owning tasks such as resource management and staffing, maintaining systems and records, running and analyzing standard reports, reconciling data, reviewing /approving invoice inputs, writing standard operating procedures and monitoring task completion for compliance.
• Technical ability to use cloud-based tools such as Google suite, Tableau, , CRM applications (Salesforce.com), PSA applications (ex financialforce), Messaging (Slack), Video (Zoom), etc.
• Ability to support multiple timezones synchronously and asynchronously.
• Salesforce experience (admin or sales cert a plus).
