We are looking for a Senior Software Full Stack Test Engineer to scale Clari’s highly flexible and most utilized product - Forecasting. You will be instrumental in test design and development and driving the test automation strategy for our cloud-based products. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from backend data pipelines, data management, and API test design/development to web-based UI testing. We develop Enterprise SaaS products, fundamentally powered by AI and Analytics to transform the way track, forecast, and predict revenue. We are 100% cloud- native and build our product using reliable tools and technologies that our team knows and trusts, including Java, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AWS. Expertise in these areas is a huge plus, but having familiarity with common web languages (Such as Python or Ruby) and other databases are fine substitutes.

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Own and communicate testing of Clari Forecasting products throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC), from design to development through release in close collaboration with product owners, development, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Design and perform functional testing, UI testing, exploratory testing, and end-to-end testing of our news features delivered by Forecasting team
  • Test Strategy and Test plan Creation
  • Monitoring and fixing daily regression tests
  • Work directly with customer support to help understand, diagnose and resolve production issues
  • Streamline continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for Forecasting Microservice deployment
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor, measure, and report on software quality, security, and delivery performance.
  • Evaluate and compare the software development processes to global best practices to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements, new software development tools, and methodologies
  • Mentor engineers earlier in their technical careers to help them grow

Qualifications

  • Have a quality-first mindset and strong technical background, including 5+ years of quality assurance experience and 2+ years experience in Selenium tools - with automated frameworks/tools (Selenium web driver, TestNG, Jenkins) specifically
  • Java restassured API test kit
  • Have experience in manual testing full stack of the application using black box and white box approaches
  • Have a solid understanding of distributed systems, data stores, data modeling, indexing and associated trade-offs
  • Are a strong communicator. Explaining complex technical concepts to designers, support, and other engineers is no problem for you
  • Programming skills, Python or Java programming languages preferred
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum environment
  • Cloud test framework experience, i.e. TestProject.io, Browserstack is a plus
  • Knowledge of MongoDB is a plus
  • Exposure to microservices architecture is a plus
  • CRM/Enterprise software experience preferred
