We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Deal and Account Inspection (DAI) Engineering team. The DAI team is responsible for delivering innovative revenue inspection workflows, powered by Data Science, conversational intelligence, relationship graphs, and activity insights that help revenue teams better understand the health and state of their revenue pipelines. The real-time insights that this team extracts help sales organizations achieve more revenue, more reliably and predictably. Being able to extract these insights and contrast them with the expectations and intuitions that sales professionals have about their territories is a critical part of the intelligence, data-driven, CRM revolution, which is Clari’s long- term roadmap for success.

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Managers and designers to shape the roadmap, design, and direction of Clari’s Revenue Inspection workflows capabilities as a true co-owner
• Lead a self-contained team empowered to create amazing products with front end, backend, full-stack, and test engineers all directly reporting to you
• Implement APIs and services for use by internal and external consumers
• Develop the product sense in engineers on the team that enables them to better understand end-user needs and foster a passion for making customers successful
• Hire and grow engineers to become technical leaders
• Create growth experiences designed to help engineers achieve their individual career goals
• Continually improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience building and scaling high-performing Engineering teams to over 25 engineers
• Demonstrated track record of hiring and growing engineers
• Strong technical background, including 6+ years of demonstrated experience building successful enterprise grade products
• Growth mindset as a leader with the desire to learn every day and setting up the team for success
• Be able to weigh several and often conflicting requirements and drive decisions in a fast-moving environment
• Compelling and clear communicator, able to represent your team to internal and external audiences with differing levels of technical fluency
• Proven track record of shipping complex initiatives in a timely and consistent manner
