As Clari’s Sr. Manager, Field & Virtual Events, you will be responsible for
creating a world-class event strategy, building and leading a team, as well as
managing, executing, and optimizing the program for maximum lead and pipeline
generation.

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in
the United States.
Responsibilities
- Dream, design, budget, and execute the Clari events strategy and tactics for in-person field events, virtual events, and third-party events, with pipeline as outcome
- Build and lead a team of marketers to deliver a world-class field and virtual event experience to Clari customers and prospects
- Own the in-person event strategy, promotion, and logistics for account-based 1:1 and 1:few events for high-value Accounts, working hand-in-hand with Sales and SDR partners
- Own the virtual event strategy, promotion, and logistics, managing monthly broad-reach webinars, small-scale roundtables, and VIP virtual events
- Own third party event strategy and execution, including identifying top-performing vendors, logistics, promotion, and success tracking
- Manage the virtual event platform (Goldcast), ensuring experience is optimized for virtual and hybrid events
- Partner with product marketing, design, brand, content, and campaigns teams to ensure event content is relevant to audience and attracts expected registration volumes
- Inspire SDR and Sales teams to leverage in-person and virtual events in outreach, and ensure consistent follow-up with event attendees
- Track and optimize the event funnel, striving to improve conversion at every conversion point: promotion, registration, and follow-up
- Track event performance, including pipegen and return on investment, and deliver post-event readouts
Qualifications
- 5-7 years marketing experience in-person events
- 1-3 years experience in virtual event management with familiarity with a virtual event platform (Hopin, ON24, Goldcast, Bizzabo, etc)
- 1-3 years of people management experience
- Proven success in optimizing the event funnel
- Analytical skills and ability to draw most relevant insights that accurately describe campaign performance and impact metrics, and take action
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven success in developing strong relationships with internal partners, including sales leadership and executives
- Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills, delivering a concise message, tailored to the audience
- Excellent budgeting, negotiation, and vendor sourcing and managing skills
