We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join the Sales organization to fuel Clarify’s revenue engine by creating business opportunities through daily outbound prospecting activity in collaboration with field Sales Director team. This person will also have the ability to quickly get up to speed on Clarify’s product offerings in order to engage in informative conversations with diverse industry prospects.

The right candidate will be someone who works well under pressure, thinks creatively, and is highly self-motivated. We are also looking for team players who enjoy collaborating cross functionally within a dynamic and fast- moving environment. A high-performing BDR will have the opportunity to grow into a People Manager and/or a Sales Director in the future.

The Role

  • Schedule appointments and demos for Sales Directors
  • Ensure successful follow through and tracking of the sales cycle by keeping SFDC accurate and up to date
  • Contact potential clients through calling and email campaigns
  • Present our company to prospects
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Stay up to date with new products/solutions
  • Work in close collaboration with the Marketing demand gen function to deliver impactful outreach to prospects

What we are looking for

  • A service-oriented person with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while also developing strong working relationships within the broader Sales and Marketing team
  • Previous experience with CRM applications preferred
  • Post-secondary education/Bachelor’s degree
