The Role

  • Bring knowledge and experience to the full continuum of commercialization in a technology and services platform related to consultative sales in the healthcare provider space.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy achieving defined revenue goals focused on new accounts while developing/upselling existing clients.
  • Manage and optimize the sales process and infrastructure using Salesforce.com while actively directing account selling level strategy and action plans.
  • Directly lead and close selling opportunities while also serving as a mentor and coach to other producers on the team.
  • Build a highly motivated, empowered best-in-class sales and inside sales team through active recruiting and training/development plans.
  • Serve as the thought leader in defining best practices when it comes to selling methodology, sales operations and commercialization strategy.
  • Implement sales territory and compensation plans appropriate for different stages of organizational and commercial growth.
  • Forge and advance customer partnerships at the senior leadership and C-suite level which will put the client at the forefront and simultaneously advance Clarify’s business objectives.
  • Actively serve as a thought leader in the provider healthcare space and establish a trusted advisor relationship with clinical and business decision makers.
  • Inspire followership and motivate the team to achieve and exceed a high-performance bar; hold people accountable, reward strong performance, and address underperformance.
  • Play an integral role as a member of the leadership team and act as a steward of culture to both internal and external stakeholders.

Performance and Success Measures:

  • Achieve revenue goals for the Provider segment.
  • Establish organizational effectiveness through improved sales process and infrastructure.
  • Build and develop a high performing sales team.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong success as a sales leader and player/coach selling SaaS-based enterprise software healthcare analytics into enterprise healthcare systems.
  • Consistent record of achieving strategic revenue growth goals while leading a sales team of 5+ FTEs with equal accomplishments as an individual contributor.
  • Experience selling SaaS based clinical decision support, clinical workflow, or population health data analytics tech-enabled solutions into provider markets.
  • 10+ years of selling in a rapid growth environment with consultative expertise needed to effectively build demand generation in nascent markets.
  • Strong sales operator experience implementing and managing systems and infrastructure supporting a rapidly scaling sales team.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the provider markets space, understanding both the healthcare economics and commercial requirements associated with patient pathways, care delivery, risk management, and the overall industry shift to value-based care.
  • Recognized as industry advocate with established relationships in the provider markets space, capable of bringing strategy and value proposition to market. Evokes a level of polish and gravitas, embodying the brand strength when representing the Company externally.
  • Metrics driven with financial astuteness and excellent analytical skills.
  • Recognized as an individual with a natural entrepreneurial bent, outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills, professionalism, communication, and collaboration, capable of inspiring others around a vision and plan.
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; known for communicating with clarity and ease with strategy consultants, medically-trained clinicians and other highly educated professionals.
