Clarify is looking for an organizational SVP leader of Transformation & Performance for Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences segments to help drive value across existing and prospective customers. You will lead a team of individual contributors to collaborate with prospective and existing customers externally, and Solutions, Sales, Product, Customer Success and Strategy teams within Clarify. You will lead and guide industry experts in subject matter, workflow, and operations and share this expertise in customer meetings to deeply understand and articulate customer business, analytic, and organizational structure, workflows, and barriers to success. You and your team will work directly with existing payer, provider, & life sciences customers to share industry best practices, assist them in their analytic and technology strategy development, and provide consultation on organizational business case development, communication, and planning as they relate to Clarify Atlas platform and product suite. You will provide ongoing support through the application of customer value opportunities, tracking and highlighting realized value, and through joint speaking and written engagements, both within customers’ organizations and to external audiences in nationally recognized forums. You will also inform product use cases, sales and solutions talk tracks, and share learnings, best practices, and trends from the payer, provider, and life sciences industry internally to build Clarify staff general knowledge and understanding to continue Clarify’s mission.

The SVP leader of Transformation & Performance for Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences segments plays a critical role in driving provider customer value, working alongside the Sales, Solutions, Product, and Customer Success teams to partner with customers to develop their business, analytic, operations strategies, plans, and understand their desired results for implementing Clarify technology and solutions within their organizations. You and your team will become experts of Clarify’s differentiation and value, responsible for demonstrating the differentiated value of Clarify’s insights platform to executive team members and superusers in meetings and through written and verbal presentations. You will also provide end-to-end industry and operations expertise for complex deals, including building important customer relationships. You and your team will be assigned project-based work for prospective and existing payer, provider, & life sciences customers and will be required to report progress, challenges, and barriers to customer success along with achieved value in customer account reviews.

The Role

  • Build, develop and run Clarify's professional consulting and transformation business
  • Partnering with prospective and existing payer, provider, & life sciences customers to strategically shape their use and application of Clarify Atlas and product solutions to achieve high performance in areas of their interest
  • Providing ongoing interaction and relationship management with prospective and existing Clarify provider customers with the goal of developing and tracking performance on value-based care programs, population health, and network performance and optimization
  • Providing ongoing guidance to payer, provider, & life sciences customers to ensure strategic operations projects using Clarify Atlas and product solutions are designed to achieve the customers desired outcomes of interest
  • Partnering with existing payer, provider, & life sciences customers to design and support the implementation of performance dashboards, analyzes dashboards for opportunities to improve performance
  • Providing subject matter expertise to internal and external audiences in payer business and provider delivered health care, regulations, contracting, operations, workflows, and clinical content
  • Following industry best practice(s) and provides knowledge in innovative approaches to value-based care delivery, clinical and operational effectiveness, and improved financial performance to support customer impact and success using Clarify Atlas and product solutions
  • Assisting customers in developing materials and strategy to support the adoption of Clarify technology and analytics to support the planning and management of performance of value-based and risk contracting strategies, adoption of analytics to drive decision-making, and population health initiatives
  • Supporting the Clarify Provider Sales, Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams in translating complex payer and provider customer needs into product talking points, enhancements, and storytelling
  • Supporting the Clarify Customer Impact and Customer Success teams to monitor and track provider customer use cases, barriers to success and results and works with Clarify Marketing team to develop customer results into partnered presentations at national events and publications
  • Pursuing knowledge of the local, regional, and national healthcare environment and current innovations and trends and share that knowledge with Clarify staff and external audiences
  • Creating a culture of consistent and continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, idea-sharing, and mentors and develops talent
  • Taking proactive steps to learn new skills quickly and remain current in national best practices in healthcare delivery, demonstrates flexibility and composure when challenged with new situations or disagreements, and actively pursues new learning opportunities for themselves and others

What we are looking for

  • We are looking for a leader who will add to our culture and have a strong passion for impact. In particular, the SVP leader of Transformation & Performance will have:
  • At least 8-10 years' experience at a top consulting firm
  • Knowledge of the Payer, Provider, or Life Sciences healthcare industry, multi-disciplinary pharmacy or clinical organizations and/or integrated health systems, and familiarity with accountable care organizations, alternative reimbursement models, and innovative practice models
  • Clinical and Advanced degree in relevant focus area (MD, RN and healthcare administration, business administration preferred)
  • Deep understanding of the challenges faced by payers and providers, including fluency in value-based care and population health priorities
  • Demonstrated historical accountability for payer and provider performance improvement in financial, business, and clinical goals
  • Data, analytics, and software experience in healthcare
  • Flawless presentation skills and gravitas to challenge and engage the C-Suite
  • Seasoned professional knowledge and operations experience in more than one discipline
  • Thrives in a dynamic start-up environment with change and ambiguity
