About the Role:

Clearbit is seeking a creative and self-reliant Senior Partner Marketing Manager to turn our budding partner marketing channel into a major pipeline driver. In this role, you will help source and manage partnerships, and develop integrated partner marketing programs to increase our reach, drive pipeline, and create value for customers and prospects.

This is a unique and highly visible role that focuses on educating the market, building trust and authority with our audience, creating deep-rooted relationships with strategic partners. You will report to the VP of Marketing, and work closely with key stakeholders across Demand, Content, Partnerships and Sales.

If you’re excited by the idea of identifying synergies in the market, cultivating mutually beneficial relationships, and shaping a nascent GTM channel at a high-growth company, this is the role for you!

We work closely with a variety of prominent B2B and SaaS brands, but until now, haven’t formalized partnership marketing as a key channel in our GTM strategy. This is an opportunity for someone to build a new motion from the ground up.

As our Senior Partner Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will

include:

  • Cultivating and managing relationships with marketing partners, community leaders, and influencers
  • Developing a long-term partnership and community sponsorship strategy and playbooks to drive pipeline
  • Building a roadmap of marketing partnerships and community-based opportunities
  • Sourcing and executing co-marketing & partnership initiatives to drive qualified leads, including email campaigns, webinars, reports, press releases, and Growth tool integrations
  • Creating joint messaging and bespoke marketing assets with and for our partners
  • Tracking and measuring the ROI impact of partner and co-marketing initiatives
  • Promoting new Clearbit products and features through new and existing partner channels
  • Managing campaigns to drive positive reviews and testimonials on G2, TrustRadius, and others
  • Build out customer referrals programs to drive new qualified leads for our sales team
  • Continuously research market and industry trends and opportunities that align with Clearbit’s overarching business goals

You'll be set up for success if:

  • You’re resourceful, energetic and personable. You’re eager to dive in, talk to people, do research, and build strong relationships. You like to ask questions like "what if?" and "how can we make this work?" and follow through until you’ve reached a win-win outcome.
  • You have experience managing multiple complex partnerships and programs. You love juggling multiple balls at once and executing integrated campaigns or programs end-to-end: from gathering and leveraging data and insights, to brief-writing, to channel strategy, and beyond.
  • You’re a storyteller. You’re able to identify and articulate joint-value opportunities for potential partners and their customers.
  • You nerd out (at least a little) about marketing technology. You're familiar with (and maybe have some strong opinions on) the general landscape of tooling around paid acquisition and demand generation — and the opportunity to work with Clearbit products is intriguing to you.
  • You have strong communication and writing skills , some of which were honed with experience working cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and other stakeholders.
  • You thrive when able to self-direct. You’re looking to work in an environment where you’ll have plenty of autonomy and be held accountable for the impact you make. Excellent project management skills are a must.
