About The Role

As our new Growth Manager here at Coalition, focused on inside sales operations, you'll develop strategy and optimize our overall efforts. With your experience in growth and operations, you'll be able to define optimal sales strategy and tools to support the customer journey for our P&C business, Attune. You'll do this through leveraging email automation, CRM technology and leading your partners in sales, growth, and marketing to drive our experimentation, tools, processes and reporting. Through all of this, you'll enable personalized, relevant, and dynamic broker acquisition.


  • Develop strategy for scaling inside sales teams.
  • Create and execute tests for sprints.
  • Evaluate and implement tooling (e.g. Outreach, Gong).
  • Continuously optimize timing, frequency, cadence, and type of sales communications to deliver strong sales performance and business results.
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards and forecasts that tie into the overall growth plans.
  • Design compensation, rewards, and incentives frameworks.
  • Work closely with the product, business development, and marketing teams to understand and share actionable insights on user behaviors, needs, and preferences.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years in in sales ops, growth or related area
  • 3+ years experience working directly with email automation (Outreach is a plus) and CRM tools (Salesforce is a +), comfortable with data pipelines and architecture, targeting, multi-step workflows, QA, and reporting.
  • You are both comfortable creating strategy as well as participating in the day to day tactical work.
  • You're agile and able to swerve responsibly
  • Bachelor’s degree
