About The Role

As the Partner Growth Manager, you will own and be responsible for managing and growing all partnerships. You will work closely with the Strategic Partnerships (SP) team to build and manage relationships, drive premium growth, and ensure we are delivering on our obligations. You will be a critical partner internally as delivering high volume partners will take efforts from product, marketing and our insurance teams.

The right individual is passionate about our partners, opportunistic, data driven and a creative thinker. You naturally approach problems as opportunities and can easily move from long term strategy sessions to short term execution. You have a knack for managing expectations both internally and externally, and build trust easily with those working with you.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the SP team at the early stages of a relationship to become familiar with the partner and facilitate a smooth transition from sales to growth
  • Work collectively with the SP lead to ensure strategic alignment and execution of vision
  • Partner with the product and insurance teams to create compelling offerings
  • Collaborate with marketing to facilitate growth & education campaigns
  • Establish regular GTM cadence with partner teams including marketing plans, budget and sales review
  • Lead QBRs for larger/strategic partners
  • Lead process improvement efforts
  • Provide reporting both internally and externally

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional work experience
  • You have had a similar role working with SMB heavy ecosystems
  • You use data to make decisions, but can also look past the numbers as needed
  • You have strong people and presentation skills
  • People refer to you as “buttoned up”, in other words, you are on top of things
  • Ability to travel as needed, but less than 25% of the time
  • Knowledge of and experience working with product APIs as a bonus
  • You are resourceful, ambitious, and desire to operate in a fast-paced, start-up environment – if you’re looking for an opportunity to learn and expand your skill set, this is the place
