About The Role

As Coalition’s new Revenue Manager, Tools and Technology, you will focus on building out our marketing and sales tech stack for our P&C business (Attune). With your experience in marketing and sales operations, you will implement the optimal tools, procedures, and processes to support our customer journeys and lead partners in sales, marketing, and growth to prioritize and execute our tools, techniques, and reporting. Within your first 90 days, you will work towards implementing our new CRM (Salesforce) and email automation (Marketo and Outreach) technology to enable optimal insurance sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of our Salesforce instance includes configuring and administering objects, users, fields, layouts, record types, workflow rules, process flows, custom list views, validation rules, etc.
  • Managing and implementing our evolving marketing and sales tech stack, including Marketo, Outreach, LeanData, Zoominfo, ChiliPiper, Census
  • Designing integrations across our technology stack to service reporting and analytical requirements
  • Be the lead knowledge partner in our revenue operations business processes, translating them into concrete recommendations for systems design and workflow.
  • Put the foundation in place for scalable reporting through the development of systems automation and process improvements, ensuring clean data.
  • Translating business requirements to functional technical specifications across systems to meet the needs of our end-users
  • Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to understand customer journeys, sales processes, and workflows.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years in supporting the design of business processes for sales and marketing
  • 3+ years ins Salesforce administration, configuration, and development
  • Hands-on experience integrating and implementing various sales and marketing tools, including Marketo, Outreach, LeanData, Zoominfo, ChiliPiper, Census
  • You are both comfortable creating strategy as well as participating in the day-to-day tactical work.
  • Project management skills and experience driving programs independently.
  • Clear demonstration of internal cross-functional partnership and collaboration
  • Proficiency in analyzing, setting priorities, and solving complex problems effectively
  • Agile and ability to swerve responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree
