We’re looking for a lead copywriter to develop creative copy for a wide range of digital channels, including email, blogs, SMS, push, and other short form content. Collaborating strategically with marketing, product, and other stakeholders, this role will help bring our brand principles to life as we engage clinicians.

You will...

• Create fresh, clear and effective copy that clinicians and customers will love to read and engage with
• Interpret creative, strategic and technical concepts and translate them into persuasive messaging for the target audience
• Embody the voice of the brand across channels and touch-points, collaborating closely with marketing on brand principles
• Use data to test, iterate and enhance copy for optimal effectiveness
• Proofread and self-edit to deliver work that meets the highest standards

You have...

• Several years of copywriting experience
• Experience crafting email, SMS and push messaging for a customer-facing audience
• Highly developed written communication skills and a portfolio that highlights your range of experiences
• A love for fast-paced, collaborative environments, where high-volume and short turnaround times are the norm
• The ability to self-edit and deliver high-quality copy
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• A scrappy, can-do attitude and passion for working in fast-paced environments
