We are looking for a self-motivated Experience Designer, Clinician Onboarding to join our team. This position will play a critical hands-on role in our business to drive the growth of our clinician base.

This position will be responsible for the overall performance and strategy of nurse recruitment. This position reports directly to the Director of Growth and is responsible for managing the nurse recruitment process from lead gen to hire. In this role, you will be responsible for working in conjunction with internal teams (Product, Credentialing, Operations) to ensure that the recruiting and activation processes are meeting or exceeding company growth needs. Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

You will...

• Build and maintain a consistent onboarding experience for applicants across all roles and markets.
• Design, implement, and iterate on end-to-end funnel flow and automation using a data-driven approach.
• Support maintenance of acquisition pipeline, using data to increase efficiency of workflows.
• Collaborate cross functionally with the Operations and Credentialing teams to ensure all recruitment funnels remain compliant.
• Connect with Product and third-party vendors to build solutions focused on creating an optimal onboarding experience for applicants from landing pages through the onboarding funnel.
• Work closely with the Director of Growth and B2B Demand Generation Manager to execute on applicant goals and guarantee top-of-funnel applicants are receiving a consistent experience.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors to help ensure higher conversion and speed to conversion through recruitment funnels as well as access to better data.

You have...

• A few years of experience managing end to end recruitment or customer acquisition funnels
• Previous experience with Fountain, Checkr, Sterling, and other similar ATS, credentialing, and background check services is a plus
• A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent communicator but also process-driven, analytically oriented, and love using data to make decisions
• Maintain a strong analytical background with a bias for developing data-driven solutions working with data tools such as Hubspot (or similar CRM/ESP), AWS, and Google Analytics Suite as needed
• Proven track record of working at the strategic and tactical level to develop and execute innovative and effective user onboarding journeys
