We are looking to hire our Head of User Experience (UX). Reporting to the COO, your mission is to scale out the Product Design, Research, and Design Systems teams within the UX/Design Organization. The ideal candidate brings a blend of empathy, proactive communication, success mentoring and growing a team, while at the same time setting the vision for a growing product.

You have…

  • Empathy ; You care about nurses and aides and want to equip them and connectRN with the tools to leverage this via design thinking.
  • Proven success setting the vision and strategy while simultaneously leading and scaling a high performing product design and research team
  • Experience setting and tracking goals and shaping KPIs in a way that creates actionable insights to predict what’s next, as well as managing the budgets needed to get there

You will…

  • Lead a growing team of designers and researchers to deliver valuable, intuitive, and beautiful user experiences for multiple B2C and B2B products and platforms
  • Build a user experience organization that inspires innovation through creative ambition and collaborative development of ideas
  • Build collaborative relationships across the organization to develop a compelling product design strategy and roadmap
  • Serve as a thought partner for leaders across the company on using design as a strategic lever for their respective areas to innovate and create new experiences
  • Capture qualitative and quantitative insights from our users on a regular basis and use these insights to drive meaningful change
  • Lead the strategy behind our design system to deliver a consistent and effective web and mobile experiences with speed
  • Set standards in tools and processes to bring the best research and design practices to ensure high quality insights and solutions
