We are looking to hire a Manager of Account Management to support the growth
and scalability of our Account Management team. Reporting to the SVP of
Facilities, this person will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated
account managers as they provide exceptional services to our ever growing
customer base.
You will..
- Develop and manage a team of account managers through coaching, training, on the job support; Drive acquisition and/or promotion of talents and ensure retention
- Ensure a healthy overall book of business by successfully managing your team’s assigned portfolios, proactively leveraging your team to take steps to improve the performance of their assigned accounts.
- Build, develop, and then implement SOPs and best practices within the team to improve overall client performance
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client escalations within the team and with other departments
- Represent the facility team in working groups (formal and informal) established to improve client performance
- Own and support process compliance within the team, data quality in systems and adherence to Account Management Guidelines
- Provide data driven insights, reports, and recommendations based on your team's books of business and be knowledgeable on the key trends/themes impacting your client base and the steps being taken to address them
You have...
- Several years account management or customer-facing experience
- Proven success in a business-focused role running cross-functional initiatives and understanding client lifecycle from operational perspective
- Capability to provide coaching, feedback, and inspiration to team
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and create SOPs to provide greater clarity for future state of the business
- Salesforce experience required
- Experience with client lifecycle management solutions (Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero, etc..) preferred but not required
- Prior people management experience preferred
