We are looking to hire a Senior Manager of Special Projects to support enterprise needs. Reporting to

our Director of National Expansion, the Associate will contribute by identifying, scoping, and executing

key projects to drive innovation and market leadership.

You Will ...

• Partner with teams across the company including sales, clinician experience, and product to scope, plan, and execute special projects while ensuring cross-team alignment
• Manage end-to-end projects, including piloting new ideas and tracking outcomes
• Support company growth by delivering opportunities to innovate and promote market leadership
• Deliver competitor and market insights to shape our strategy and objectives

You Have ...

• Several years of business analysis and strategy experience (consulting experience preferred)
• Comfort with analytics using excel and statistical principles
• Ability to synthesize data to drive insights and recommendations
• Strong ability to influence and enable organizational change
• Excellent written and verbal communication
