We are looking to hire a VP of Engineering to facilitate our rapid growth and continue to build out our engineering team. This VP of Engineering will contribute by providing innovative solutions, championing initiative, and having a growth mindset to help us scale our teams while partnering with Product to ensure the best experience for our nurses.

• Be a key leader in a rapidly accelerating company that is addressing exciting business challenges
• Secure the technical foundation to enable continued rapid business growth
• Lead the next wave of technological advancement in our product and tools
• Build a scalable, high-functioning team that partners well with Product and produces quality code

You have…

• Proven experience managing remote teams and scaling an organization
• Strategic organization design skills to assess team needs and hire accordingly
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with Product to balance feature work with technical debt
• Object-oriented programming knowledge (React, React Native, Golang, AWS experience preferred) with several years of full stack web and mobile development experience
• Thought leadership in process development, team organization, and quality standards
