About the Position

The Manager, Enterprise Product Pricing, will report to the VP of Product Marketing and join the product marketing team. You will partner closely with the VP of Product Management and VP of Customer Success to drive cross- functional alignment and strategic planning, delivering on the needs of the business around the pricing and packaging of our solutions.

As the Manager of Enterprise Product Pricing, you will lead critical initiatives in our GTM pricing and packaging to support our GTM strategy across all direct and indirect routes to market. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with product management, customer success, and finance to align pricing and packaging plans to support the annual operating plan.

This position can work remotely anywhere in the U.S. with travel as needed.


  • **Pricing & Packaging: **Implement a segmented pricing strategy that is optimized for our various target markets and go-to-market strategies
  • Business Planning: Lead the annual planning process that includes bottoms-up product level business plans, incorporating ARR and Revenue targets, marketplace offerings, headcount planning, resource allocation
  • Segmentation Strategy: Define and collaborate with the product teams to execute strategies for various GTM motions to include direct and indirect routes to market, product-led growth, and marketplace
  • Strategic Portfolio initiatives: Lead key, select projects on pricing and offerings around strategic initiatives and segmented targeted
  • Competitive Intelligence: Lead competitive intelligence gathering around positioning, pricing, and packaging for all our routes to market


  • 4+ years of experience in pricing strategy, preferably at either a high-tech or enterprise software company
  • Proven business partnership experience with C-suite executives and the demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership to various functions
  • Strong understanding of value-based pricing theories and analytical methodologies
  • Experience pricing and driving revenue through cloud marketplaces
  • Strong understanding of value engineering and ROI modeling methodologies with enterprise SaaS
  • Broad business acumen, with a strong strategy and data analytics background
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth startup environment, late-stage growth, or post-IPO
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic initiatives and operational execution
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales environment and GTM functions, as well as company and GTM financial metrics
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance. MBA is preferred.
