About the Position

We are looking for a talented, passionate and driven Sales Development Manager who is interested in joining our team to help us take Contrast Security to the next level. Responsibilities

  • Actively build out the SDR team at Contrast’s new Sales Hub located in Utah–continuously recruiting top talent
  • Train and coach SDRs on inbound lead follow up and qualification, outbound prospecting, time management, objection handling and active listening skills
  • Leverage data to drive success and attainment of SDR KPIs – Calls, emails, and new sales pipeline
  • Focus on continuous process improvement and increasing operational efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to inbound lead follow up SLAs
  • Ensure CRM hygiene across the team
  • Provide ongoing enablement and provide feedback and coaching to SDRs on Contrast’s corporate messaging, sales messaging and sales methodology
  • Report on goals and metrics to senior leadership
  • Leverage tools like Salesloft, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and other tools to increase efficiency in prospecting activities
  • Hold SDRs accountable to metrics while finding creative ways to motivate them to achieve these metrics
  • Nurture SDR talent to build a bench of future Account Executives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years experience managing high performing SDR teams, preferably at a SaaS startup
  • Able and willing to work from inside of the Contrast Security office space that is located in Salt Lake City, UT
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Salesloft (or similar), Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and other SDR tools
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to clearly and effectively articulate Contrast’s value
  • Must be organized, detail and process oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues
  • A strong desire to work in the application security space
  • Ability to travel up to 20%+
  • Vaccination is currently required to work in Contrast’s offices, attend events and travel for work-related purposes
