We are looking for a highly motivated & detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to play a critical role in our Sales Ops team. In this role, you will assist the overall sales operations processes and daily functions to improve sales data governance. This role will involve working directly with multiple functional teams on critical tactical, strategic and organizational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency to continue and improve the sales ops process. The ideal candidate will be working with diverse teams, solving complex problems, and possessing strong analytical thinking skills with a strong drive for operational excellence.


  • Work with Sales, Finance, Marketing and other teams to identify and fix problems in our sales process
  • Ensure data quality and hygiene within Salesforce and Clari to provide accurate reporting metrics and forecasting
  • Salesforce report & dashboard creation and maintenance identifying incorrect and incomplete data via reporting, accessible tools, and manual research
  • Understand how information enters into Salesforce and identify processes where data hygiene breaks down
  • Develop reporting and modeling metrics for various levels of sales teams
  • Develop solutions on attribution, conversions, lead scoring, opp scoring, pipeline analytics, renewals, expansions and churn
  • Provide reporting on an ad-hoc basis including, preparing slides for BOD meeting
  • Administer sales-specific applications directly integrated with Salesforce
  • Support the field sales team on opportunity management (creation, updating and closing)
  • Monitor system adoption while collaborating with Marketing to ensure proper lead management processes, metrics, and policies


  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years experience in Sales Operations or similar roles
  • Experience working with Tableau is desired
  • Experience working in a high growth startup environment, supporting a rapidly growing sales organization
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with all areas of the business
  • Understanding of sales and marketing platforms, systems and tools
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of is a must, with Clari desired
  • Proven ability to be successful in a complex, fast-paced environment and ability to tackle daily operational tasks while simultaneously maturing processes and systems to support scale
  • Must be agile, responsive, organized, detail-oriented and operationally focused
  • Positive, energetic, can-do attitude
  • Strong analytical ability with excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies across data and processes
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skillset, most importantly Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Must be agile and able to keep up with a fast-paced environment
