We’re looking for a versatile Senior Visual Designer to join a tight group of creatives on our in-house Brand Studio team. We need your help strengthening Curology’s brand identity—ensuring visual consistency, while also elevating the brand in a way that resonates with our consumers.

As a Senior Visual Designer, you’ll lead design initiatives, both internally and externally—taking projects from concept to execution. Additionally, you’ll work alongside other creatives to present work to stakeholders, while always balancing the needs of cross-functional teams, like integrated marketing, product development, and lifecycle, to help bring our brand to life at every touchpoint.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner closely with copywriters, motion designers, art directors and the design director to bring brand initiatives to life, including developing new integrated campaigns
  • Ensure our brand look and feel across a variety of assets–from social content (organic and paid), emails, TV, website, packaging, digital, out-of-home, in-store and more
  • Manage multiple projects both simultaneously and independently, while working cross-functionally with partners to develop creative solutions
  • Address ambiguity effectively by initiating timely creative solves
  • Maintain creative integrity by working end-to-end on production–taking a creative idea from concept to execution
  • Design with the consumer at the forefront of your mind, understanding their wants, needs, and motivations at every stage of the funnel
  • Uphold Curology’s existing style guidelines, while still pushing and evolving the brand over time
  • Deliver exceptional creative decks that articulate a creative vision and communicate how assets ladder up to stakeholder briefs
  • Evolve design workflows and processes, as related to campaign development
  • Support creative leadership by peer reviewing and providing constructive feedback to other designers’ work

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience as an in-house or agency visual designer
  • Passionate designer obsessed with best practices and trends, with a keen understanding of how eye-catching visuals can strategically align with business objectives
  • Solid portfolio of work that displays your design chops, including an exceptional design sensibility (typography, layout, and prototyping) and experience designing for the entire consumer journey
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and/or other relevant design tools
  • Super-collaborator who can ideate, develop and execute campaigns alongside an art director partner, while also working with team members across design, production, digital and product development departments
  • Self-motivated and adaptable—frequently seeking feedback and proactively developing improvements to deliverables, work processes, design systems, and project management practices
  • Exemplary organizational and time management skills
  • Strategic, insight-driven thinker who ensures all deliverables ladder up to greater business objectives

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience in After Effects, motion graphics
  • Experience with DTC, CPG, skincare, or beauty
  • Previous work alongside account executives, strategists, or planners
  • Passionate about skin care—you pride yourself on knowing all the latest about products and brands
