The Facilities Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring the management of Facilities and Office Operations for our APAC Region and will be located at and responsible for the Bangalore Office. will set the overall direction, execute projects as required, and manage day-to-day operations. The role will interface with local People in Operations, IT, Leadership, Security, and Finance. Maintain relationships and coordinate with building management. The role will be required to be in the office daily.

Responsible for preparing budgets and managing preventative maintenance agreements, managing vendors, including contract negotiation, project management, vendor relations, cost-saving initiatives, equipment upgrades, and providing solutions to any facility-related issues. Leads APAC office operations and facility maintenance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Also responsible for supporting events at the Bangalore office in partnership with the Employee Engagement team, including location setup, health & safety requirements, etc.


  • Manage a team of approximately 3 FTE and 5-10 support staff in 5 locations to provide world-class workplace services
  • Lead direction and goal setting for the APAC Workplace Team as well as recommend policies, practices, and procedures
  • Manage FM services relationship to optimize daily operations, identifying and implementing innovative ideas to improve
  • Develop and manage APAC workplace capital and operating budgets presenting updates on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Lead the implementation of policies and SOPs that provide clear standards and drive accountability in office cleanliness
  • Develop preventative maintenance/cleaning schedules to ensure facilities are inspected regularly to identify current and potential issues
  • Oversee accurate records of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, and other essential facilities and equipment maintenance
  • Provide routine updates to senior leadership while gaining alignment on critical decisions
  • Partner with Communications/People team on office notifications
  • Proactively develop sustainable solutions to reoccurring issues
  • Define and communicate office standards & procedures for all employees to follow
  • Manage office capacity, employee seating requests and optimize space
  • Meet with APAC leadership on a routine basis to discuss any current & forward-looking issues
  • Analyze workplace survey comments and develop/implement actions to improve office functionality


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of related experience in facilities management, space management, architecture, engineering, or building management
  • Proven track record in cost management, ability to demonstrate strong decision-making and leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of management
