Head of Product Marketing – Guidewire Analytics

Guidewire is searching for an expert marketer to help weave our captivating story of vision, strategy, and disruptive impact, encapsulated in our portfolio of solutions for the $2T global insurance industry. Your work will convince the data science teams of the world’s largest insurers that Guidewire augments their superpowers and redefines the frontier of the possible. You will achieve this feat by taming the complex world of AI/ML into elegant simplicity that compels people to behold that, once you see the future, there is no going back.

  • Work closely with product and sales teams to articulate and evangelize our vision
  • Understand market challenges to position our innovative solutions with laser accuracy
  • Bring to market the breakthroughs that eradicate insurance complexity with powerful and disarming elegance


  • Amplify an exceptional culture of curiosity and craftsmanship that renders the impossible possible
  • Gracefully partner with all constituents, including other matrixed groups, to achieve our bold mission


  • Deliver maximum-impact branding, positioning, and collateral that supercharges our reach and ARR growth
  • Fill the sales funnel, enable field groups to exceed a 1:4 deal win ratio, and help to launch all Guidewire Analytics products
  • Build trust via transparency, communication, and consistent delivery that is on-scope and with exceptional quality
  • Operate a pipeline of thought leadership (white papers, blogs, podcasts) that signals and cements our leadership
  • Work with corporate marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns and events


  • 7+ years' proven track record in marketing B2B analytic products
  • Strong strategic business acumen, married with innate execution focus and detail orientation
  • Business-level knowledge of how AI/ML is used un/successfully
  • Experience in InsurTech, FinTech, and/or P&C domain knowledge
  • MBA a plus
  • Some travel post covid (10-15%)
