To meet growing demand from our customers, we are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team. As part of the Guidewire Services Center (GSC), a center of excellence within our Delivery Services team, you will work closely with internal Guidewire teams, our customers, and our partners to configure and integrate our products across the globe.
As a Senior Consultant, you will be delivering application configuration and integration programs following Guidewire best practices. Your role will involve mentoring junior team members and may also involve leading a project team. You will join a very progressive environment and have the opportunity to drive projects forward once you are up to speed on the product and comfortable in your role.
To be successful in the role, you must have a unique blend of technical aptitude, business savvy, and interpersonal skills. GSC Senior Consultants are not only technically skilled (knowing their JMS from their JDBC, their Git from their GET, and their factory method from their abstract factory) but are also smart communicators who build customer, peer, and team relationships, as well as attentive mentors who care about the well-being and professional development of their teammates.
