If you answer yes to these types of questions, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for Senior People Operations Analyst to join our People Operations team.

What you will be doing

  • You will be a part of a Global People Operations team and will support multiple countries
  • Acts as the customer advocate for People Ops Team by representing the services in a positive manner and provide excellent customer service. Proactively escalates issues to ensure the timeliest service
  • Manage employee life cycle activities, monthly payroll preparation, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborates and engages with CoE’s, Business Partners and Tier 1 Shared Services to deliver the appropriate HR services to employees.
  • Deliver exceptional experiences to our employees and managers across the globe, answering incoming queries relating to People processes, policies, and practices.
  • Identify trends in employee queries, propose, and implement solutions to simplify user journeys.
  • Contribute and/or lead Global and regional projects focused on process automation, optimization, compliance, and employee experience.
  • Review and update People team processes based on changes to policies, implementation of new policies, changes to local laws and regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Proactively propose and drive improvements to streamline and automate People processes.
  • Actively contribute to building the knowledge base for employees to encourage self-service.
  • Ensuring all service standards are met as per the agreed Service Level Agreements.

What you bring

  • 5+ years relevant HR Operations experience in an international organization.
  • You possess the professional and interpersonal skills needed to establish trust with our employees and stakeholders.
  • Good analytics and excel skills to drive data insights.
  • Experience implementing process improvements in the People process that provide exceptional employee experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in other HR functions and internal partners across the organization.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent judgment, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Workday experience is strongly preferred.
  • Have a passion for People and thrive in a dynamic environment.
