We’re looking for an experienced strategic sourcing specialist to support our Marketing, Sales, and People organizations along with our event and training categories. Reporting into Global Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, this role will be responsible for end-to-end engagement from business function management and planning, category management, strategic sourcing, sourcing execution, contract review and negotiation, and supplier management.

What You'll Do

  • Manage assigned business relationships and procurement sourcing requests in Marketing, Sales, and HR as well as event and training engagements!
  • Review and negotiate purchase a wide variety of contracts for compliance to company standards
  • Conduct large- and small-scale sourcing events to determine optimal supplier solution
  • Actively manage key supplier relationships
  • Lead in the development of a contract review playbook and process
  • Assist in the development of spend analytics capabilities and metrics

Your Skills and Experience

  • 5-7 years of global strategic sourcing experience, including contract management, preferably in Marketing, Sales, HR and SaaS
  • Strategic sourcing and category management
  • Contract negotiation and lifecycle management experience
  • Business partner management and procurement planning
  • Management of key suppliers and their associated risk throughout their lifecycle
  • Experience with spend analytics, operational metrics, and contract playbooks is desirable
