We are looking for an experienced Talent Attraction Sourcer to join our dynamic Talent Attraction team.
Have you successfully defined and delivered creative sourcing solutions for hard-to-fill roles? Are you a business-savvy, innovative problem solver with a positive, can-do approach? Do you have well-honed organizational skills, enabling you to effectually balance numerous priorities and achieve results within sometimes urgent timeframes? We'd love to talk with you!
You're also flexible, accustomed to change, and can adjust handily to Guidewire's evolving sourcing practices, applying them consistently. Add to this a mix of self-confidence, interpersonal astuteness and awareness, and the diplomacy to capably influence others in a matrix environment. Building strong relationships across Guidewire is imperative to success in this position, along with ensuring you deliver the best possible candidate experience for every job prospect!
