Location: Ireland - Dublin
Employment Type: Full-time
Team: Delivery Services
The Role:
As part of the Guidewire Services Center (GSC), a center of excellence within our Delivery Services team, you will work closely with internal Guidewire teams, our customers, and our partners to design solutions and to configure and integrate our products across the globe. To meet growing demand from our customers, we are looking for an experienced Software Architect to join our team.
As a GSC architect, you will become the trusted advisor to your customers and their partners, and you will mentor teams, enabling them to become self- sufficient over time.
To be successful in the role, you must have a unique blend of technical aptitude, business savvy, and interpersonal skills. GSC Architects are not only skilled technical and design craftspeople—people who know their JMS from their JDBC, their Git from their GET, and their factory method from their abstract factory—but also smart communicators who build customer, peer, and team relationships as well as attentive mentors who care about the well-being and professional development of their teammates.
Architects also have a role in building a culture of innovation and in driving quality and continuous improvement at the GSC.
Think you have what it takes to be a GSC Architect?
